Return, and Refund Policy
Cancellation:
We accept your cancellation request only if your order has not yet been shipped, once the order has been shipped the cancellation is not acceptable. To cancel, please email our customer care at Dreamscreations007@gmail.com
Whenever this occurs, the order will be canceled and the money refunded within 7 business days of the cancellation request’s acknowledgment.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns:
We at Zukukart accept returned products that are purchased only at Dreamscreations007@gmail.com. Any Damaged products, Physical defects, Expired products, or have been shipped in error, For us to accept the request, please email photos of the damaged/incorrect product must be sent within the specified time frame.
If you wish to return products of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products at Dreamscreations007@gmail.com
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, and the seal for the product has been broken. We will evaluate the returned products and verify the claim once we receive them.
If the order is not delivered on the first try owing to an incorrect or inadequate address, the recipient not at home, the address being found locked, or rejection to accept, the customer will be charged for the transaction. There will be no refunds for such items, and an additional will be charged as delivery expenses for re-shipping.
Refunds:
Zukukart Refund Policy. Thank you for shopping at Zukukart! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
If you made an online payment, we will refund the money if accepted by the refund team (Criteria should match) to the original payment method (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.) within 7 working days.
